Accommodation

Wedding package prices are based on two people sharing a hotel room on half board basis or an apartment for two people at Vista Palace or an apartment in the Villa Venenzia. Those wishing to share accommodation, for example couples with children can upgrade to a family room in the hotel or a larger apartment in Vista Palace. Apartments in Villa Venezia sleep up to four adults and a child.

Guests

Holidays are offered for friends and family at the time of your wedding, which include flights, airport transfers from Marco Polo or Treviso airport and transfers to and from the wedding venue in Venice. These start from £600 per person per week, based on four people sharing an apartment in the Villa Venezia in Low season. Please contact us for further details and prices. Deductions can usually be given for larger groups.

Anniversaries and Other Celebrations

Prices start at £1,250 per person per week.

Bookings

Wedding bookings must be made at least five months in advance of your wedding in order for bans to be made and all arrangements to be made with the town hall in Venice and the British Consulate in Italy. Please state your preferred date when first booking and we will inform if this is available before taking your completed booking. An alternative date within the same fortnight will be offered if this is not available. Booking early is recommended to ensure you get the date you want.

Deposits

Weddings
A 20% deposit is required on booking with the remainder payable six weeks prior to travelling.

Other Holidays
A 10% deposit is required on booking with the remainder payable six weeks prior to travelling.

Payment Methods
Payment can be made by secure bank transfer or by personal cheque

Travel Insurance
All travellers must insure they have travel insurance before going on holiday
